Birth Suite
Honeysuckle Midwifery is excited to open a birth suite in Hamilton, MT.
Your midwife team wants you to be in a calm, lovely space when you welcome your new baby earthside. Sometimes your home is too far from a hospital or not your desired space for birth.
The use of the birth suite is included in our package for prenatal and postpartum care.

Please enjoy this peek into our space: something that has been curated for you. Our intent is to create safety and peace, and a bit of luxury while you birth your sweet little one.
Plenty of parking and easy to find, we do recommend leaving your entire entourage at home to promote an undisturbed birthing environment - doulas and your closest people welcome!
Our waiting room, shared with Rooted Pelvic Health and Yoga, also contains retail supplements, a lending library, and a "take it or leave it" shelf for 2nd hand maternity and baby items.
Mission
Our "Tub Room" is normally where we host appointments during your pregnancy. During births, we shift a few items out of the room and inflate the birthing pool. A single-use sterile liner is placed and warm water filled for your all-natural pain relief!
Vision
The bedroom is the true oasis of the suite! Low lights, soft tones, a diffuser, warm blankets...This cozy room hosts a queen size bed with many pillows to snuggle in after birth! (a hint to our many water births -- but if you desire to birth on the bed...toilet...hallway...we will be there!) After establishing breastfeeding, eating a meal, and perhaps after taking a quick nap, we help you to your car using the wheelchair ramp and ensure baby is secured in their seat. We make a plan to visit you at the 1-day-postpartum HOME visit.
